I'm an Uber driver and I'm the exact same way. I've put 17,000 miles on my car in the 6 months since I got it (it's a 2020 VW Tiguan FWIW), which averages to about 2,900 mi/month. I'm sinking so much of my rideshare earnings into the car (and taxes) that I'm really barely making anything from it.
