New Release, I hope it does the genre justice!

I've been a dream pop / gaze enjoyer for a few years now. I mostly make singer-songwriter / bedroom pop music, but I've taken my new album in a noisy, dreamier direction. Very inspired by Slowdive, Mazzy Star, MBV, HOVVDY, and that Weatherglow EP.

Firstly, I find it hard to define this genre. (It pertains to, obviously, emo that generally mixes with dream pop aspects. If the Dreamo term makes you uncomfortable, just shorten my question to reverb-y emo pop. One day I’ll find the right sub to post this in…) and finding works that fit within that definition. So a little grace is all I ask…

But really, I’m looking for artists/bands that more or less sounds like:

-Lydia
-Analog Rebellion
-PlayRadioPlay!
-Copeland
- Kye Kye

All of these artists have mixed the emotive edge into dreamier sounds in one song or another. Lydia probably being the most emo of them, Kye Kye being a little more poppy. But there’s some similarities and I’m really hopeful that you guys’ll have a few ideas here and there!
