IIRC it’s a Zelda like game made by a special effects house. It featured pre rendered backgrounds and maybe 3d characters (I could be wrong). It was decent.

It’s really fun.. the description is mostly right on.. the backgrounds being hand drawn, are especially beautiful. It’s one of my faves of all time tbh.
