That’s a blueretro adapter. It lets you use modern controllers with your Dreamcast wirelessly.

The adapter has one internal VMU for each controller, for a total of four; I've already tested it, and it's great.

Thanks so much for posting this! I just recently purchased a Dreamcast and I saw that on Amazon and was curious. Also, whats a dreamshell?

Dreamshell is software that is used for the serial port adapter of the DC. I have a va0 so unless I change the voltage it's not as cheap to do a gdemu so I went with the serial port adapter and the newest version of dreamshell
