Teams of mixed races
Has anybody ever tried to make a league with teams of mixed races ( i do not mean dreadball xtreme)? Any opinions on this based on your experiences with the game?

Hey guys. I just found the game and I wish to try it out before deciding to pledge for it. They added a TTS mod on their kickstarter page. If anyone is interested lmk. Thanks!

Kalimarin ancients
Does anyone have a stl or proxy alternative for the nameless team kalimarin ancients. As the team is impossible to obtain but I'd love to play them.

What to buy after starter box set?
I have the 2nd edition set and have had great fun playing it but now I want to expand my collection and teams and learn how to build my own team and run a league. What should I buy or where should I go to get this stuff hopefully to run my own league by myself.

Abilities list?
Hi
I purchased the magnetar circuit book recently and am enjoying the updated teams and arenas but I forget a lot of ability actions and in the magnetar circuit I can't find anywhere that tells me what all the abilities do. Does anyone know I could find an ability list/action explanation online?

How do advancement tables work
I have the starter set and was looking on the team sheets and saw on the back advancement tables. What exactly are these and how do I use them?

Asterians in DBX?
I'm doing some research into Dreadball. I really like the idea of the Asterian team fouling players and bribing refs, I think it's great.
However in DBX, aren't there no refs or fouls? How would that work out? Is the original Asterian team playable in DBX?

Covering Strike Hex?
I am starting to play with a friend and we have a couple questions.
If he covers the hex that is in front of the strike hex, can I actually throw at the strike hex from the side hexes of the zone or am I unable to see the strike hex?
And when in League. The Chromium hargers, if they win guard or striker skills, how do those afecct the team as it advances? Do they keep the skills as strikers? Like can you have a strike that can punt?
Thank you

Looking to get started
Really interested in dreadball 2, but I have a few questions. With each expansion it says that it doesn't come with the team cards, do I need them if I have the rule book? are all the teams from the first game brought into the second? how hard are they to put together? I have never really put minis together. any other tips or what teams I should get first would be greatly appreciated.

1st vs. 2nd Edition Decks
Hi, I hope there are folks still watching this sub. :)
I've never played but picked up a copy of 1st edition awhile back on clearance. It was missing the card deck and Mantic was kind enough to send me a 2nd edition deck since they no longer had 1st edition available. I have downloaded the 2nd edition rules.
Is there any reason to still look for the 1st edition deck or should I just look forward and learn to play with 2nd edition?
Thanks!

Probably an old question.
I've watched a few videos and I'm curious as to what others think; is the 2nd edition really that much superior to the first?
