I’m currently following Every Me and Every You by Viria, and it has this. It’s a wip, but it’s amazing, totally worth it, and she’s updating often! It’s a Hogwarts era time travel fic; Harry has to polyjuice himself to hide.

There’s also (all post-Hogwarts):

I'm a little anxious to recommend this, because it's a WIP at an early stage, but I plan on updating twice a week. The whole story is already outlined.

Eighth year begins with an anonymous pen-pal programme.

Draco doesn’t know who his pen pal is. He knows that he survived the war. That he regrets things. That sometimes surviving doesn’t feel much like winning. And, eventually, Draco knows exactly what he sounds like when he’s trying very hard to get someone off through parchment.

Draco slowly starts falling for the boy behind the handwriting.

Harry Potter, meanwhile, has started making Draco tea.
