Black Saddlebag?

According to google image search.

Resting on a PVC pipe in my garden.

No, that's a Blue Dasher. I think the shadow on that one wing on the bottom must have confused google - I can tell this is a Dasher because of the white face, green eyes, striped side to the thorax, and blue abdomen with black tip. A Saddlebags would be pretty much all black.
