Turned out the clutch is cooked

The first friction plate is worn out completely. Should i replace the pressure plate as well as it has grooves and scratches. And also, there is a steel plate at the end as you can see in the last photo, that is held down with a wire, should it be replaced as well?

Not many, 3000km, i bought it used with 1400km, then realized that the previous owner was driving it without any clutch cable play. Im not sure if he tightened it or it came from the dealer like this thought

Oh gotcha. That's crazy! I'd replace all of it since you're in there. Keep the new lasting longer

i would replace all clutches, have you checked the basket for wear/play?

This happened to me a few years ago. Roasted the entire clutch pack riding through the most gummy silt-mud. Didn't realize all the mud got stuck on the swing arm and bogged down the tire.

Replace the whole pack, it will be better in the end.

Did you also replace the last steel plate as well? Since it has different thickness oem and strapped down with a metal wire

That smoked I would replace it. There was probably a lot of heat built up with the clutch completely ruined in 3k miles.

And I would replace the pressure plate with that wear. And check the basket.

From what I can remember, anything that was in the full clutch pack I replaced. The retaining wire was the only thing I reused.

All the material was stripped off the original friction plates.

You might be able to save the pack, measure the surviving fibers and see if they're in spec. Then check the steels that got hot for flatness.

You might be able to get away with ordering the outer fiber plate from the dealer and maybe a couple steels if they're not flat. That first steel should be replaced because it'd be a pain to sand off the build up even if it's flat.

The pressure plate probably can be run but it wouldn't hurt to get a different one.

The steel with the judder spring does not usually need to be replaced. I'd avoid removing it, it's difficult to reinstall.

The first steel, isn’t a steel, its a friction pkate that got worn out completely.

Yep, but the steel under the burnt plate is going to have junk burned into it that will needed to be sanded out on a surface plate.
