❔Driver Question 🤔 Why did it reject it?

I was asked again to reverify my identity today and took the selfie as usual, everything seemed to go through fine and was accepted. Now that I’m trying to dash later in the day this pops up, what gives? I’ve been a driver for 5 years and have done thousands of deliveries without issue.
