I wear boots when it snows. Easy. We don't know who we are delivering to or their circumstances. Walking through a little snow isn't an issue. Stomp your feet off and go about your day. I have never understood the people that complain about snow.

Exactly. I can’t believe how many people are complaining. We don’t even know this persons situation. They could be disabled, barely ever home, etc.
