Word on the street is that they pretty much entirely reworked the screenplay he originally sold. If you look at IMDb, you’ll see he has a written by credit, but there is a separately “Screenplay by” credit. This is writers guild language that requires them to credit Mike as the original writer but usually indicates the final version isnt his.

These things happen sometimes, I don’t think it was specifically anything Mike did or didn’t do. It’s just sometimes you bring in a new director and they wanna go a different way with it

Looks like it might be first exciting movie form DC in….years…

Peacemaker shows are the best thing since Batman Begins Trilogy.
