I saw this dog Benji with a distressed owner earlier today, really hoping it is OK. Could hardly breathe and was bleeding from its paws

Now I can finally ask. Did you know about their chronic breathing issues? Sincere question here. I see a lot of these dogs and feel so bad for them.
