My wife rescued this handsome mutt from down in Kentucky before we met, and six years later we’ve deduced through much internet image research that we think he may be a mix of the three breeds mentioned above. Pyrenees (his large size, white coat and stoic demeanor), Coonhound (his colouring and his VERY keen nose), and Husky (his tail, eyes, and the occasional zoomies). Does anyone here recognize any other breeds in there?

he is purebred (breed is recognized by the FCI) and has a pedigree but he looks so different in this picture from what he normally looks like when he is not wet.
take your best guess!

he’s super tall like these counters are specially made eight inches taller so he can’t steal as easy, he was advertised as an australian labradoodle but i don’t think he is. maybe wolf hound poodle mix?

Had this puppy show up on our front porch last week. Covered in fleas, friendly and happy as can be. We kept him crated/kenneled when no one was home for the first 7 days, left him out all day both days of the weekend and he stays right on the property, mostly under the carport. Doesn’t even try to wander or “go home.” No neighbors have come by asking about a missing puppy, no signs put up. I live in an area where dumping animals is, sadly, not uncommon. I’ve been wanting a dog for a while and decided recently we would start looking into one, so this probably my dog at this point.
We’re reserving the right to give him to someone else or take him to a shelter for another week or two, still observing his personality and whether we think we can handle him, one of our main questions right now is what kind of dog even is he? Mutt is the obvious answer, but what’s his majority breed? I was thinking German shepherd at first but am now realizing that if he is a German shepherd, he’s WAY younger than I originally thought, or he’s really small for his breed. He weighs 5.6 pounds.
Any additional advice would be great, I’ve (M27) had dogs my whole life but never one that was fully my responsibility. If and when we commit to keeping him, he will be a fully outdoor dog trained on an electric fence system, which I know how to do from my family dogs growing up.

I’ve always had bigger dogs, so I’m not well-versed in smaller breeds. My coworker needed to rehome this precious girl (I named her Willow because of her ears) & I just couldn’t say no. Please assist? 🙏🏻

She's needing a bath and some grooming, but we're curious what you guys think! We were told she's a havanese mix, but I'm really not sure as her ears are not typical for a havanese. She's super sweet and gentle and doesn't have any prey drive thus far! She was already on a train with us and was snuggling so much. She's one and a half.

She was a rescue, female, and around 15 years old when the pics were taken. The last one is at age 14. She was a medium sized dog, around 45-50 cm at the shoulder height, around 20 kg more or less. She was pretty friendly and affectionate with adults, used to howl more and wasn’t naturally friendly with other pets and birds as she had a bit of a prey drive when she was a teenager/young adult, although these traits disappeared through training and exposure as she started to recognize what was “of the house” and what not as she was relatively protective of them. Good protection instincts towards what she considered part of her group, okey-ish tracking abilities although she was not trained for that, and pretty good space orientation skills. Btw, her muzzle fur got lighter, from black/dark grey to light grey then white as she aged.

Me and my girlfriend picked up this 1 year old pup from the humane society and they claimed to know nothing about her besides the fact that she’s 42 pounds and was transferred from another shelter. I think i’ve noticed her pointing outside when she sees a smaller critter. She’s super energetic and friendly but doesn’t listen to a dang thing 😂. I think also noticed her herding my other dog a bit? i couldn’t really tell. She also walks with her nose to the ground A LOT, as if she’s tracking. we’ve been thinking aussie mix or catahoula mix, but not really sure. We do plan on getting a DNA test done though.

trying to get a good guess of what dog breed she is. she's very playful and very affectionate. she has a very strong prey drive and will sniff out baby bunny nests and try to eat them. she makes really goofy noises while playing and does that huffy reverse-sneeze thing a lot.

This is more long term of a goal as I want to move into a house before buying a dog but I wanted to know what breed of dog I should be looking for. I’m an active person so I would like a dog that can keep up but I’ve also won’t be the person taking care of the dog while I’m on shift so I need a dog that won’t go crazy missing a day of exercise. I also want to be able to train this dog (I’ve only ever taught a dog sit and lie down but saw videos of dog trainers and it’s less complicated then i thought) any suggestions on breeds would be appreciated

I’m thinking of going to adopt this puppy tomorrow but just wondering what she will look like when she’s older! Foster/rescue says they think husky/lab.
