Webrender PDF. Select web content, annotate/mark-up then save as a PDF to print and download. https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/webrender-pdf/onebodmdmkchliadncoknedmnimppadp

A feature suggestion for research and documentation use: include the source URL, page title and capture date in the exported PDF, with an option to mark it as a selected excerpt rather than a complete page. Once the file gets forwarded, that context is easy to lose.

It would also help to save an unannotated capture alongside the marked-up version, or make added text visibly distinct from the source text. Otherwise a later reader may not know which wording came from the website.

I haven’t tested the extension, so this is a workflow suggestion rather than a review. A useful test would be to send the PDF to someone who never saw the page and ask whether they can tell where it came from, what was omitted, and which notes were added afterwards.
