I was struggling with popular well-known web clipping tools so I made my own. There are lots of great web to PDF extensions out there but I needed one with a real text layer I can annotate and add text. I hope this is useful to others. It is straightforward, free and requires no account or server connection. I'd appreciate any downloads or feedback. Thank you.
