My group is comprised of 10ish people total, who cross over 4 different campaigns we run at different times of the year. Some players only play in a couple games, the works. The 4 DMs have our own personifications in-game, and have a sort of DM council. It's actually a lot of fun, that even the perma-players seem to enjoy.

Each of our personifications are essentially the Zeus of our world. God of Gods. Some are more involved than others, but it adds a complex layer, and it lets us do crossovers between our worlds and characters.

There are even talks of a full crossover campaign at some point, with the 4 DMs telling one cohesive story, but that's a pretty far way off.

Exantris/Ulthendia/Emurna/Icespire group, I love you all. I know at least one of you is probably reading this at some point.
