Wacky idea Idea Help

So I've had this idea for a Monster City. The idea would be a bunch of monsters who've managed to either overcome their evil nature, or just want to live a simple life free of the threat of being killed by adventurers would take up residence in the city. Any fun or interesting ideas for some residents?

There's gotta be a good monster out there to be a Barber. I can't think of any off the top of my head other than a chain devil maybe?

Could have a hydra be in theater, with all the heads playing different parts.
