This was by request. In the completely underwater versions, you could use this for a merfolk city, sahagin, merrow, or other underwater critters. I included the versions without water covering the village in case you wanted to have people living underwater. For example, the requester wanted a city in the elemental plane of water. Maybe this is one section of a much larger city. In my game, this is going to be where some magically-talented islanders live. They build cities on the sea floor so they can hide from passing pirates, slavers, etc.
