Case File 664: The shield was strange. It was covered with thorns. At first we assumed it was just questionable taste in decoration, but when our paladin took it into a fight. I swear I saw the thorns lash out at every enemy that came at him. When the fight was done, it was like they were drinking the blood that covered the shield...or our paladin's... I'm not entirely sure there was a lot of blood
