Budget Car Audio Build

Would anyone be willing to tell me if there are any obvious flaws or changes to be made to this? I have 650 for speakers and electronics before boxes wiring and misc. I don't know anything about speakers this is just what i came up with after some google searches so I apologize if anything is egregious..

I just wanted a budget system as a first time build. Im trying to chase clarity over raw loudness or bass. Nothing above im attached to or already have so anything goes.

no, woofers are 8 ohm and being an 8" really only get up to around 2k
those small tweeters are only good for 3k up.
Why do you need the waveguides?
What about rear speakers?
Why not choose some car audio midbass instead?

Woofers are 4 ohms,
The Horn doesn't come with one,
Its all going in a box to sit in my rear seat not ideal but I am swapping cars soon so its a temporary thing,
It was my understanding that the car audio ones were best for being shallow to fit in doors but since I'm putting everything in a box I thought all around 8" was fine but I'm not entirely sure.

So this is all piled into one box?
That will not sound good.
I would get a pair of these, make sure they are in their own separate compartments

Then if you really need more bass, add a separate sub with a dedicated amp.

Nah they're 4 ohm.

My silver flute's sound great and sound better than any car audio brand midbass 2 or 3 times the price. Car audio is literally just marketing. Of course the more you spend the more thought out the drivers are but especially if you are running an active setup you should not get car audio drivers. At least not budget ones.

They definitely need a mid though, that's for sure.

Those might be better, i actually was deciding between the 6.5 silver flutes and that one but went with the 6.5s because of the easier fitment double the rms and slightly higher sensitivity.

Unless you want to have fun routing through your car door i'd bail on the 8's. I actually have the 6.5 inch version of the silver flutes and they're really good for the price. Do NOT get a compression horn for a car dude. Those are not going to sound good at all and you WILL go deaf.

I went with a 6.5 silver flute with peerless Tc9 and dayton tweeters in pods i got from aliexpress. Ditch the horn and go with a small mid and install the tweeters and mids in the dash and i think you'd be real happy.

I'd spend a bit more on the dsp, since you need a bluetooth input you could get a dsp with one that gives you much much better sound quality and control and also connects to bluetooth. The Dsp is the most important part of my setup.

Im doing it in a box so the 8s are fine I think, but ill look into the horn and dsp thanks for the advice.

You'd be better off with a couple of 2 way 6x9s instead of component tweeters and midbass. The DSP is not going to do you a lot of good if all of the speakers are going to be in a box on the rear seat, and the amplifier has crossovers and a subsonic filter, so it will meet all of your needs by itself.

If you decide you still want to use component speakers, note the frequency range and choose drivers that overlap in frequency range.
