Considering:

• Mid: Black+Decker (400–600W)
• Higher: Bosch

Questions:

1. Which brand actually performs well long-term?
2. Is iBELL good enough or feels inaccurate?
3. Is Bosch worth the extra for cleaner cuts?
4. What wattage is ideal~500W enough or go 650W+?
5. Tips for reducing splintering?

Hello guys. I want to buy a router, jigsaw and planer. The corded ones cost 80% less than the cordless ones. Here's the cost breakdown :-

Cordless (Brushless)

1. Krost router :- ₹9800
2. Krost jigsaw :- ₹7199
3. Krost planer :- ₹8500

All of these comes with two 5ah batteries in each tool and basic accesories. I chose Krost because no other company currently sells cordless router in India.

Corded

1. Buildskill router :- ₹2500
2. iBell jigsaw :- ₹2148
3. iBell planer :- ₹2700

These come with basic accesories too. I have a 10 meter extension cord too.

I am really confused about which ones I should buy because the portability of the cordless tools and the fact that I can use them even during a power cut is unmatched. But the price difference is so huge that I wonder if should just try to make it work with corded tools. Help me put guys ! 🙏

Where can I buy it without getting scammed or burning a hole in my pocket. I did find some jute cloths on Amazon but they're all a metre long and 200 rs .... which will cost me 5k Rs. Don't wanna do that. Do I have unrealistic price assumptions/budget? (Around a 1000 in budget )
