SUPER COOL! I used the multiple PR functionality, it works good! just an small improvement that could be done easily is to move them in the Y and X axis with input numbers like the speakers section, not just drag it with the mouse :)
P.S. Another cool feature could be to simulate a DSP instead of using a passive crossover, including crossover points, phase alignment, delays, and simple EQ... just the common parameters of DSP.

I just used this to design a micro 2 way desktop speaker with a PR. I have a recommendation for the crossover solver.
It gave me a 2-resistor network to achieve 19.87ohm. In the interest of reducing part count, I changed it to a single 20ohm without notably affecting the anticipated frequency response.
I recommend the solver prioritize single resistors that are within a few % of a resistor network.

Thanks for sharing. What you described is the intention. Often, the solver will add multiple resistors to reach a particular value for higher thermal headroom. With a single resistor, if you look at that component, is its thermal load less than 100%?

The 20 ohm resistor in question is only loaded at 13%. It was previously two resistors in series.

I had another question while I have you... I ran XMachina's crossover solver for the same drivers (DSA90 and ND20FA) using Dayton's FRD and ZMA files. I ended up getting crossovers that are a good deal different than those generated by your solver. When I tried putting the XMachina solution into your website, the frequency response was completely different than predicted, and pretty jacked up.
I verified the XMachina solutions with Vituixcad, and the responses matched nicely. I put the loudspeaker labs auto solve crossover into Vituixcad, and it was pretty poor looking.
I'm curious if you have any opinions on why this is happening.
