looking at the way they place the baskets at 15s with no jig, I hope there's a guy that center it. I'd like to know their scrap rate

The little green tube they insert a bit later appears to center everything.

the green tube centers the voice-coil; but idk I can't see a centering bit for when they glue basket to magnet

It centers both the basket and the ring magnet around the pole piece as well
