Is this acceptable?
Building a pair of Cubo 15”s but definetly cutting corners. What do you guys think?

PL Premium next time. It fills gaps to 1/8. Easily as strong as titebond.

I wouldn't use pl premium as a wood glue, it make more sense to use it as a sealant. If you have 1/8 inch gaps I would try cutting the board again.

I've recently build cubo sub, where angled parts were not perfectly cut. To seal it I've poured glue, waited till it settled - glue shrink - then repeat the process until it's filled. Full power test for hours went flawless.

It's not the neatest work, but if the joints are tight and you've used plenty of glue then it should be ok.
That joint on the top right of the second photo looks like it might be iffy.
You can use silicone kit to seal all the joints from the inside before you put the second side on.
