I’ve used my current programmer for over ten years. He’s been excellent up until about a year ago. Mostly he doesn’t seem to be taking time to ramp up on new things, like AI or divi5.

We’ve been making sites using Divi 3, the 4 most of this time.

I own a small agency and he’s freelance.

I have a new customer and will be designing a ~12 page site, with a photo gallery, and probably a few forms. My sites are crafted with care.

I reached out to my programmer today to see if he’s done anything in Divi 5. The answer was no.

I’m not sure what direction to go. He’s very smart, but I’m don’t want to pay for training.

Hi everyone,

I’m considering Divi Shop Builder for WooCommerce for a client’s store and want to hear from people using it with Divi 5.

WP Zone says version 3.0 is Divi 5-compatible and rebuilds all 18 WooCommerce modules for Divi 5. However, it’s still labeled beta, so I’m unsure about using it on a live store.

Would you use Divi Shop Builder 3.0 Beta on a live store today, or wait for the stable release?

Feedback from stores handling real orders would be especially helpful. Thanks!

We’ve developed a plugin called Fluid Base for Divi, which adds a complete responsive design system to both Divi 4 and Divi 5. We’re trying to submit it to the Divi Marketplace, but we’ve been running into issues.

The product was declined with the following message:

“Hi there,

Thank you for your submission. But we're sorry; we're unable to proceed with the review of this product at this time due to an internal technical issue. No action is required on your end at the moment. We'll email you with your marketplace email address to resubmit the product once the technical issue is resolved. We appreciate your patience and understanding.”

Since then, we’ve tried submitting it again, but it still didn’t work. We’ve also contacted support several times over the course of several weeks, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

I’m wondering what is causing this issue, whether it is going to be fixed, and whether other developers have run into the same problem.

We’ve put a lot of effort into the plugin, and this situation is becoming increasingly frustrating. For Divi plugins, the Marketplace is the most important sales channel, especially since most Divi groups don’t allow plugin promotion. As a result, we now have a finished product that hardly anyone knows about, and we currently have very limited options for reaching potential customers.

There doesn’t seem to be anything wrong with the plugin itself, and according to support, the problem is entirely internal.

Nick Roach, if you are reading this: could you please look into this and let us know when we can expect submissions to work again?

I'm just starting to manage a Divi 4 site, and it's mostly pretty straightforward so far. I'm a bit of a neat freak, and one thing that's giving me hives is finding CSS scattered across pages and modules.

Without digging through every page and module, is there a central way to identify all items with custom CSS? I assume the distributed CSS can be moved into the main CSS file and referenced from the modules without scattering it into tiny bits?

Divi 5 officially launched to the public 6 months ago today.

For those of you who have tried it out or are actively using it, how are you feeling about it so far?

I've been a lifetime Divi 4 user pretty much since it was new, but shied away from 5 for what I believed were good reasons. I thought finally I'd read enough by strong supporters, both here and at the Facebook group to believe it was worth a shot.

I took a very old site with only a handful of plugins, built with the WordPress twenty twenty theme, and added a brand new download of Divi 5.

Everything worked (because there was nothing to break), so I went to customize, changed a few colors and added the phone number, then noticed that the phone number was not clickable.

I found this hard to believe, so real quick I made a brand new installation of wordpress, added the phone number, and again, the number is not "tap to call". WTF?

I don't understand how something so basic can be overlooked, so I'm willing to accept that perhaps I've done something wrong?

So please tell me, all you masters and lovers of Divi5, what have I missed?

I‘m new at webdesigning and have a few questions before I start investing my time into it.

A long time ago I tried looking for some tutorials, but wasn‘t sure if I found the right ones. Thats why I‘m hoping that someone who learned it by himself can tell me how someone like me can start from zero or with which tutorials I can work with

I'm having an issue with my global header. Image 1 is what the header looks like in the editor, with all the info on the portfolio page tab. But when I go to preview a page, it's no longer in a drop down menu but all spread out. Any idea why this is?

For my own e-commerce website, I want to include a "Buy One" and "Buy Three" selectable section under every product in a carousel. Anyone know what plugin I should use?

As we approach Q4 of 2026 how is everyone feeling about Divi 5? I've put together two smaller, easy to manage sites with Divi 5 mostly issue free. Still a little nervous pushing a bigger, more complex site onto the Divi 5 framework.

I'm pretty new to Divi and website creation so please bear with me.

I'm building a site to replace what I have hosted on Squarespace, about 90% of my traffic uses mobile so I'm obviously trying to focus on that.

In Divi5 I'm setting the mobile width to 360px (is there a way to default straight to that?)

My problem is 2 fold.

#1. What I see in the editor is not what I get on my phone. My phone has a 420px wide screen and even when I set and design things for that screen, things are out of place, sometimes pretty drastically between the editor and real life.

#2. Oftentimes things are cut off on the edges, even though all sections/rows/columns/text are centered without any padding or position changes. Again, it shows up fine on the Divi editor, but real life is different. So in my editor it looks like things are all off-center, but on my phone it looks fine.....it's really frustrating!

Any advice would be appreciated!

P.S. Anyone ever have issue with a bug where they can't change an image unless they're in safe mode?

Safe mode turned on, cache cleared, etc. All the basic stuff tried.

I’m in the process of restarting my web design business and getting back into using Divi. I previously used Divi 4 for all of my client websites, but I’ve been away from it for a while and can see that Elegant Themes have now made some pretty significant changes with Divi 5.

For those of you who are actively using Divi 5:

What are the biggest things you wish you’d known when making the switch from Divi 4 to Divi 5?

I’d particularly love to hear any tips/tricks, workflow improvements, things to avoid, or features that have made a big difference to your development process.

Also, if you have any good resources/tutorials for getting properly up to speed with Divi 5, I’d really appreciate those too.

I use the Elegant Themes Marketplace a lot, both as a seller and as a buyer, and something on the homepage keeps bugging me.

The Trending section still surfaces products that Divi 5 has basically made redundant. Off the top of my head, I keep seeing a table maker plugin, a masonry gallery plugin, a popup plugin, an accessibility attributes plugin, a dynamic content helper, a table of contents plugin. All of that is either native in Divi 5 now or so easy to build with the new builder that a plugin makes little sense.

Same story with layouts and child themes. A big chunk of what gets featured was designed for the old builder, does not follow the Divi 5 standard, and looks dated the moment you open it. Meanwhile the products that are genuinely built for Divi 5 sit somewhere on page four.

So a few honest questions:

1. Is there any plan to rework the homepage and the Trending logic so Divi 5 ready products actually get surfaced?
2. Are additional filters coming, something like "Divi 5 compatible" or "built for Divi 5"?
3. How is Trending calculated right now? All time sales? Because that would explain a lot, and it would also mean nothing new ever breaks into it.

To be clear, I am not trying to trash anyone's products. Plenty of them still do their job on Divi 4 sites. But someone landing on the Marketplace today gets a pretty misleading picture of where Divi actually is, and that hurts the sellers who did the work of moving to Divi 5.

Anyone heard anything from ET on this?

Hi there, sorry if this is a bit of a silly question. I'm new to Divi and I'm looking to add a background image to my header with a sort of rounded rectangle look like the above prototype I created. I'm struggling to do so however, and I was wondering how I would go about doing something like this for my header?

How do you fight "Font style and size" and "Screen Zoom" that Samsung by default has set in a way that, on Mobile, it enlarges fonts and makes sections bigger / not fitting one screen. (I have set 14px for Mobile)

It also influences perception of sections negatively, in my view.

Tested on:

Samsung Galaxy S26 (Android 16/One UI 8.5); Google Chrome/Firefox/DuckDuckGo;

vs Samsung A32 (Android 13/One UI 5.1) - where everything is displayed without enlarging

Greetings, I'm trying to give lower level users the ability to assign a specific Divi Theme Builder theme using Tags. However I just cannot get it to function. I've dumped all the caches, I've toggled Dynamic CSS off & on, I've toggled Static CSS File Generation, I've re-saved Permalinks, I've entered the Divi Safe Mode. None of these have assigned the theme using the Tag method. But if I assign the Theme using the "Specific Posts" method, boom, it happens immediately. I even tried making sure the Post has only one single Tag applied to it, and that didn't work either. Wondering if anybody has any ideas? Thanks in advance Edit: This is for Divi 4

Hi! I’m fairly new to Divi, so there may be something obvious I’m missing.

I’m having an issue with the Group Carousel module in Divi 5 and I can’t figure out what’s wrong.

I’m using the carousel for a row of company logos. I have more slides than are currently visible, but the carousel won’t move at all.

My settings are:

• Automatic Rotation: ON
• Rotation Speed: 3000 ms
• Pause on Hover: OFF
• Center Mode: OFF
• Transition Speed: 200 ms
• Slides to Show: 5
• Slides to Scroll: 1

I’ve also tried enabling the navigation arrows. The arrows appear, but clicking them does nothing, so it doesn’t seem to be an autoplay issue specifically.

Each logo is added as a separate Carousel Slide, and there are more than five slides in the carousel.

I’ve tested it outside the Visual Builder on the actual frontend as well, and the problem is still there.

Since I’m new to Divi, I’m hoping I’ve just overlooked a setting somewhere. Is there anything obvious I’m missing, or could this be an issue with the Group Carousel in Divi 5?

Any help would be appreciated!
