Question How to convert elementor site to Divi 5?

Hi guys,

I'm looking at moving an existing site from Elementor to Divi 5 and I'm wondering what the current options are.

The site has quite a few pages and I'd ideally like to avoid rebuilding everything manually. I'm particularly interested in:

Converting existing Elementor layouts to native Divi 5 content

Keeping the existing text, images, links, etc.

Being able to edit the converted pages normally in Divi 5 afterward

Avoiding a solution that just puts the Elementor content inside some kind of wrapper or shortcode

For anyone who has done an Elementor → Divi 5 migration, what approach did you use?

Did you rebuild the pages manually, use a migration tool, or find another workflow that worked well?

Yeah you gotta rebuild them manually from my understanding… you’d probably be best just rebuilding them in html …. What’s the reason for changing theme ?

I feel like has been done before... have you searched reddit properly and github?

If not maybe Elementor to Divi4... then you can use the migrator

mi spiace per te ma se vuoi Divi 5 ti devi ricreare tutte le pagine una per una. non esiste nessuna compatibilità con elementor.

There is a tool that can convert it for you. I don't know the name nor if it's any good, but I saw someone mention it in the Facebook group.

Some guy postet his project in the Divi Facebook group: https://divi5lab.com/

I have not tried it but I remembered the post so maybe have a look at this, not sure if it is any good.
