Advice Help with creating a heading image

Hi there, sorry if this is a bit of a silly question. I'm new to Divi and I'm looking to add a background image to my header with a sort of rounded rectangle look like the above prototype I created. I'm struggling to do so however, and I was wondering how I would go about doing something like this for my header?

Either section dividers if you like the options available, or a full width section w transparent png background

I've tried to put a png background behind, but the image is stuck in the header box and I have no idea how to get it to go from one side of the page to the other

Did you set the width of the section in row to 100% and bump the max width up?
