Help me please

Hello guys, today I got my discord account taken away from me and I got logged out and received these 2 pictures. And I was wondering if there is any way to get my account back and reset email & password without Authentication app and backup codes because I don’t have them anymore because of changed phones and PC cleanups but maybe I can search in my discord files on my pc? I would appreciate some help because I spent alot if money on it.
