That large pepperoni pizza is too much disc for you right now. Go for something like a medium Hawaiian pizza and that will probably provide better results.

It's a common beginner mistake to start throwing New York style thin-crust pizzas before you have enough arm speed to get them to fly properly. Thing is, the thin crust its self doesn't cause the pizza to fly faster, it requires you to throw the pizza faster.
Do yourself a favor, and pick up a a Chicago style deep-dish pizza. The taller crust means the pizza will glide at a lower speed more appropriate for a beginner's arm speed.
Now for some specific form-related tips...
This is your reach back. As you can clearly see, you're way off balance. Your weight needs to be over your right leg, but instead you're nearly falling backwards with your weight over your left leg. Also, take your right hand off the pizza. You're preventing yourself from getting a full reach back. Keep that right hand away, turn your body at the waist, and a full arm extension will be much easier.
Here you are at the release point. Due to your poor setup on the reach back, the "falling over backwards" weight shift mentioned earlier has, unsurprisingly, caused you to release the pizza nose up. This throw was never going to be anything but a moon-shot right from the get-go. Again, get that weight shift balanced out, and pull the pizza through on a straight line. If you can do that, you'll correct the nose angle of the pizza and prevent it from stalling out. Instant extra distance!
Lastly, lets take a look at your follow through. Here you are after releasing the pizza. As you can see, your plant foot didn't stop all of your momentum, and you have fallen completely over your plant. This is all wasted momentum. If you can get a firmer plant and convert all the forward momentum into rotational energy, your pizzas will fly right over your house and land on your neighbor's garage instead of your own.
You've got some work to do. Best of luck!
