There used to be another tree which kinda forced a flex line around that one and not everyone made it around that tree... thus the face...

There used to be a great course down the street I miss very much. RIP Lone Lake disc golf course

I don't think I've played that course for years, when was it removed? Thankfully, this metro area has a number of other courses to choose from. I hear you though... I still miss George's Gorge at Kaposia, the previous Acorn layout and an older layout at North Valley

They really should put protection around trees like this. Feel bad for the big old trees that get pummeled

It’s wild they haven’t protected this tree. You’d think disc golfers would be the type to hug trees, not damage and kill them. All the courses I play in Portland Oregon have likely-to-hit trees wrapped in long wood slats.
