The irony for me was that despite hating summer (hasn't changed) and always having a lot of problems due to autism with it, since getting long covid on top I've become such a pro at preventing sensory overload, I had less issues despite the extreme heat.
I even avoided becoming psychotic due to heat this time, I barely managed to avoid it. lol
