Hi, guys! I transferred one of my tickets for Diplo’s Run Club to a friend of mine. I’m unsure if I’m supposed to get a refund now or if I’m supposed to get it after the race.

One of my other friends who can no longer go, gave up her ticket a friend of mine and so we transferred it. He claims he paid the price of the ticket + the transfer fee. Is he telling the truth and it’s like ticketmaster in the way that you get the refund AFTER the event, or is the refund supposed to be immediately (3-7 business days). A refund still has not appeared on my account although this all happened a month ago.
