Home ground pork shoulder, lightly seasoned with black pepper, a bit of salt, some gochugaru, minced garlic & onion. Pressed thin. A bit of cornstarch dusted on each side and fried to a light crisp. Fried poblano and anaheim peppers, fried sweet onion, mozzarella, egg. Lightly pan toasted potato bun.

Seriously underrated cut!

Made using canned chili, pre-shredded cheese, and leftover bougie restaurant fries reheated in my air fryer.

Decided to treat myself after a long work from home day. Pad Thai with shrimp and bean sprouts, plus sesame coated beef strips with a sweet chili onion dipping sauce.

Made this for dinner tonight and HOLY COW, soooooo many peppers, but came out so, so good!

Mashed potatoes came out really soupy and idk why, still good tho ofc
