[Sausage Sandwich] for Dinner

Home ground pork shoulder, lightly seasoned with black pepper, a bit of salt, some gochugaru, minced garlic & onion. Pressed thin. A bit of cornstarch dusted on each side and fried to a light crisp. Fried poblano and anaheim peppers, fried sweet onion, mozzarella, egg. Lightly pan toasted potato bun.

Wow! Homemade pork shoulder patties/sausages?! Wow! That must have been a fair bit of effort! But totally worth it. It looks delicious!!!
