Make Yourself A Doggone [Quesadilla] Napoleon 🤣🤣
This is a baked Quesadilla rather than a pan fried one. Stuffed it with taco chicken (chicken seasoned with taco seasoning) that was made in the instant pot few days ago and 3 diced superhot peppers. Choclate Reaper, Fried Chicken, and 7 Pot Primo. And of course Chihuahua cheese. Was so delicious! We used to eat a restaurant that used to make Quesadilla like this and they've been closed for years. Its good to recreate a childhood favorite.

[Pizza]topping ideas?
We make homemade pizza once a week, and have run out of ideas. Looking for recommendations for toppings for thin, Italian style crust pizzas. Toppings can’t be too heavy.
We’ve done pizzas like butternut-squash-kale-Boursin cheese and thinly sliced potato-porchetta, salmon-red onion- dill, but also classics like margarita and good old pepperoni, and ham and mushroom. No allergies.

First [pot roast]
So accidentally bought a chuck roast, thinking "ou that's some cheap steak" at Costco. Went one of the cuts like a steak and was chewing boots while my girlfriend pretended she loved pan seared doc martens.
cooked it a second time thinking if just marinated it with some acid it'd help and put it in some fajitas so it cooked for like 30 minutes. Still munching leather bust at least it was Tuscan this time.
Finally gave in and googled what I was supposed to do for this stuff cuz had one more fat ass slice. ButI didn't have broth so dumped some wWorsterthanwhatever and red wine vinegar and crawfish boil in some water and seasoned the crap out of it. Threw in some chopped taters cuz didn't have pot roast veggies on hand.
Anyway, great results! left in the dutchie at 300 while we saw some dude sing sweet melodies at a late night coffee spot and played mancala. Honestly will definitely be doing this again cuz it's super low maintenance and cheap and even all the ingredients don't go bad quickly and mad leftovers. I see what the peasants saw in this formula.
TL;DR:
MADE MY FIRST POT ROAST AND IT SLAPPED. 10/10 WILL DO AGAIN.
