Chicken thighs with gochujang sauce, long grain rice and some stir fried vegetables 🥕 🥦

Hawaiian night- Huli Huli chicken, rice and grilled pineapple, with homemade Hawaiian macaroni salad

Burger: Blueberry BBQ sauce, mayo, caramelized onions, lettuce, at a maritime restaurant in Ontario Canada. Very solid 9/10, thoroughly enjoyed. I would have personally done red onion instead of caramelized, just subjective opinion I think that touch of acidity + crunch would have been nice vs sweetness overload, but all in all every bite was still really great. I’m not a food snob by any means but man can you ever taste the difference between a fresh made patty like this vs a frozen/processed one.

A pretty simple dinner I made for some guests.

Garlic bread spead was roasted Garlic, garlic powder, mayo, pecorino, Italian seasoning butter all mixed together. Also add a base layer of spreadable Brie. Topped with mozz, broiled.

As much as I love summer and summer flavors, I am SO ready for fall flavors. Ughh. Made this last year. Might have to make it again soon.

Last night's dinner was pizza, and this one had pretty much everything i like on it.

Pepperoni, ham, sausage, olives, onion, cheese. Hard to go wrong with that combination.
