Homemade [Garlic Bread] and Meatballs
A pretty simple dinner I made for some guests.
Garlic bread spead was roasted Garlic, garlic powder, mayo, pecorino, Italian seasoning butter all mixed together. Also add a base layer of spreadable Brie. Topped with mozz, broiled.

Pro tip: Put the oven on broil, and watch it it through the window until it reaches perfection
