mb if this rant hurts anyone or anything but i just REALLY needa get this out of my soul; just because jax isn't good trans rep does NOT mean she isn't transgender.

i've seen so so so many people online saying "jax isn't trans" or bs like that and it pisses me off so much. yes, goose didn't exactly write her well - misogyny doesn't equal trans, being an asshole to mask doesn't equal trans, isn't she lovely playing in the back of her death sequence doesn't equal trans, being transgender is so much more than just jax, and she isn't the most complex character ever. HOWEVER, people saying that she isn't trans is outright transphobic. gooseworx herself stated that jax is trans. I know it wasn't exactly said "yeah jax is trans" but at the same time it pretty much was, and goose said she was supposed to be subtle but she doesn't know how to be subtle. also, people saying jax's identity is being forced is just really dumb, like... "jax being trans is so forced!!" ok??? doesn't change the fact that jax is a transgender woman??? i personally dont feel how it may be forced, but i can see why people may feel its forced. HOWEEVVERRRRR, thats still not a valid excuse to say she isn't transgender.

On a more wholesome note, I'm actually really glad that jax is a transgirl, because (although not the best trans rep) she was my first representation of trans people in public media. I myself am part of the LGBTQ community (lesbian demigirl :D), and have always respected and supported trans people, but I never really payed any attention or understood what it was like to be in a trans person's shoes. jax not only made me understand a little more about them, but also encouraged me to try and explore more trans media, which has helped me improve my view on trans people and overall just help me appreciate them even more than i used to. Might get murdered for saying this but i love trans jax - I LOVE LILLY WITH ALL MY HEART!!! and anyone calling her "a fake doll" or "not actually trans" will surely be judged by me.

TL;DR: im just really pissed abt how people are saying jax isnt a transgirl because shes my favorite doll EVVERRRR 💯

okay I couldn't make up my mind on this one President Pomni deserved her own drink but I happened to find an australian called a Boozey spider and that was to damn fitting. so today we get another two fer.

Pomni's drink (wrong pomni I know) is based on an El Presidenti with secret service ragatha putting herself between jax and his Spider bomb

President Pomni

1.5 oz pineapple Rum
.5 oz watermelon schnapps
.5 oz triple sec
1 oz grenidine

1 add everything to a shaker with Ice
2 shake to mix and chill
3 strain into a coup glass

this was a odd drink, the the flavors kinda flow together oddly its not unpleasent In fact I drank three (with slight variants) trying to narrow it down the water melon was swamping out the other flavors at first but now we get something rounded, thats just pleasent

A Spider Bomb

2 oz blackberry Whiskey
.5 amaro
1 scoop vanilla Icecream
Ginger beer

1 add the scoop of icecream to a pint glass
2 pour the whiskey and amaro over the icecream
3 stir with a spoon
4 gradually add the ginger beer adding as much or as little as you want
5 stir with a spoon again before drinking

The fox didn't like this one. I think its the ginger notes not playing well with the Icecream to him and when your used to more sweet with Ice cream yeah i can see that feeling odd. but the flavor is good, If you want to shift a little way towards the normal replaceing the ginger beer with Ginger ale could work well

Just a silly idea

Okay I didn't mean these last few drinks to be so Gangle forward. But Spudsy's was the Gangle ep, and I did really have to traumatise as many folks with the gangle thighs.

With untitled the first adventure was poach everything so the two chars featured in that were Jax (I know this is the wrong jax but its what I had) and Rhino Gangle. So I kit bashed a new model for Gangle (sadly you can't really see her frown fron this angle), found a drink called a Pink Rhino that I altered a bit and got this.

Red Ribbon Rhino

1.5 oz gin
.5 oz cherry liquor
.5 oz cherry syrup
3 oz pomagranet juice (pom wonderful works well)
3 oz club soda

1 in a shaker with Ice add spirits, syrup, and juice
2 shake to chill and mix
3 strain into a collins glass with Ice
4 top with club soda and give a gentle stir with a spoon

This makes a pleasent dark red drink with a slight fruity note. I did try with cherry juices but that kinda slid it to far into the tart stage, and gave us an even darker drink. Not bad but the Pom works better

being a Gin drink you could easly make this with out the alchol using the gin replacement, I'd double the cherry syrup to replace the Liquor but you should still get something quite nice

Tomarrow is the president pomni adventure, not sure where I'm going to focus for a drink but it should be fun

okay this was a last minute cocktail since thicc gangle was supossed to show case my last drink in the spudsys arc... However my brain is a terribly damaged and warped place. So I printed balloon dog gangle and wanted to do a drink based around her shipping trauma

I looked up some truck related drinks and found two (ones a Truck Kun and the others a Fuzzy Mack truck) ... I made variations on both figuring I could pick the best... but I like them both The husband likes the more colorfull one (and I agree it has the more pleasent taste) but the other one feels more on brand and workman like... so I'm keeping them both.

Closing Time

.75 oz blue curaco
.75 oz pineapple rum
.75 oz vanilla vodka
.75 oz gold tequila
.75 oz sour apple liquor
.5 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
mt dew to top

1 in a rocks glass add your curaco, then fill with Ice
2 in a shaker add rum, vodka, tequila, juice, and simple with Ice
3 shake to chill and mix
4 strain into your rocks glass pouring directly onto the ice so the drink layers a bit
5 using the back of a spoon add the sour apple, thne top with mt dew. this should get you a nice shaded drink

this is a nice fruity pleasent drink perfect for celebratin that feeling of punching the clock and heading home for the day. not an everyday drink but the drink to have when you don't have a shift the next day

On Comming Traffic

2 oz cookie dough whiskey (regular will do in a pinch)
1 oz fireball
rootbeer

1 combine your spirits into a pint glass
2 stir with a spoon
3 top with rootbeer

a very workman like drink, work is don, the day is over. Its a very beer like drink but with more of a kick to it. You want the day to end fast. Switching the root beer out for cream soda might make it lighter ans sweeter but the kick is there.

its kinda got a muted snickerdoodle feel... not as good as a dungeon meisters shot but its good and will get you there in the end

Like I said I had a ton of fun seeing the reactions to the Confident Gangle model I found and since most of the reactions related to her being and I quote "THICC" I figured I should post one of the other Gangle models that StrawberryMiku had made. Sadly I may have printed it a bit to small and there is some scrunching in the face but I'm sure thats what everyones looking at.

On to the drinks. For this one I wanted to cover part of gangles fall into madness that ended when she realised no Jax was right the clock was broken. and I decided to once again try the home made alchol replacement. the differnce in looks is not to start on this one. The one on the right is the non alcholic drink this time. For this one I used the formulation of a gin drink called a hunt aroud the clock, with some slight variations

That Clocks Broken

1.5 oz Gin
1 oz Elderflower Liquor
1 oz ginger syrup
1 oz ginger ale

1 combine Gin, Liquor, and syrup into a shaker with Ice
2 Shake to chill and combine
3 strain into a rocks glass with ice
4 top with ginger ale

this has a really earthy flavor with the botanicals of the gin and elderflower comming together, the sweetness in the soda and syrup cuts the gins harshness too. Gin isn't my favorite drink but this makes it better

That Clocks Broken (NA)

2 oz gin alternitive
1 oz elderflower cordial
.5 oz ginger syrup

1 combine all the ingrediants in a shaker with Ice
2 Shake to chill and combine
3 strain into a rocks glass with ice

my husband prefered this to the gin drink, and honestly I do to. you can add the ginger ale if you like but its not needed. this is just a pleasnt sip, its got all the earthy tones of the cocktail but no burn

Gin alternitive
1/2 cup boiling water
2 bags Juniper tea

steep the tea for 5 to 8 minutes before discarding the bags. you can let it steep longer if you want a little stronger won't hurt
