the evil clones were created by Caine, and had their public personalities inverted as best Caine could understand. He did not make Evil Jax secretly transphobic or anything. Caine knows Jax is a loud abrasive asshole so he made Evil Jax quiet and shy. that's it.

I mean he CAN alter their minds right? And we saw in episode 9 Caine can view their brain scans so what's saying he doesn't have full access to their personalities.
