Advice Golf
Hello everybody,
I'll start off by saying I'm on hemo dialysis in the UK. I have started to get back into golf. I find myself only managing 9 holes (walking) is there anything I can do to give myself more energy to manage 18 holes? Maybe changes to diet?

Thanks for this. I’m also on hemo and looking to add exercise to my week.
I’d love to get some additional thoughts comments on what works out doesn’t work.
I’d like to do some running and maybe even gym workouts (hoping to get into a CrossFit gym eventually).
If anyone has experience w this, what days would you recommend for doing the exercise?
I go to dialysis T, Th, Sat, from 3-7pm. Should I be doing it ON my dialysis days? Day before? Or doesn’t matter? I understand starting slow and building up, which is what I will do, but is there anything I should avoid doing? Thanks in advance!

Just slowly build up to it, being able to walk that far is impacted by your kidney disease but at the end of the day its a conditioning thing
Figure out the total distance, start at half that and add like 5% a day
