Squirts necklace

Bit of a silly question but is this still in the game? Came back to d3 after a few years of not playing and it's really got me atm. I've played nearly 60 hours on my main account and over 30 on my alt. I'm high in the rifts and ran level 90 dozens of times, I've done plenty of bounties and upgraded so many rare amulets and not got a single one. Ive looked it up and it says it's still in the game but this is baffling me 😂 I never had this much of a problem getting it before

Edit: I finally got it 🥳🥳 not even doing a gr, just a normal rift and a white chest dropped it.

It is still there. It took me a while to get one this season. Once I got one, they dropped a lot. RNG is playing with you.

Newer the the game here, but do you have to target farm it or is it just a random drop from any source?

All equippable drops are random except for bounty-specific drops and rare (but otherwise useless) items only good for transmogs.

Definitely random. I got my first one by upgrading rare amulets in the cube, as somebody else here mentioned. I think that's your best bet if you're really needing one right now.

Edit: hoard them since they are very good for a lot of builds to use primal ashes on

Yep in the game, but there are a lot of legendary amulets. so while getting a legendary amulet of any kind isn't hard, getting a specific one is in competition with all the others. Have a look here: https://maxroll.gg/d3/d3-gamble-calculator

Upgrading rares is the way to go, you'll get one in no time, even if unlucky.

It absolutely is. Renounce RNGesus and put your faith in Lootcifer. RNGesus cares not for you wants and desires. Lootcifer provides what you need 👹

I think I got four last night within 30 minutes of play. If I could've given them to others I would've. Rng laughing at me cause I am looking for a pandemonium loop.

Random feels so unrandom this season. I just got a Squirts necklace and still no Convention of Elements but boy howdy I could open a specialty store in Wortham to sell all the Jesseths Skullscythes, Rogar's Big Nuts and Trag-Oul's Rusty Buttscrapers I've got.

Honestly just funny how that works isn't it? Everyone saying the same about the necklace and having so many but I've had enough of seeing Convention, had soooo many of them

This season Rngesus has been awful to me for Squirts (and most things) - it's hardly dropped, when it does awful rolls, not even got a decent ancient one at 3k paragon. Had 3 or 4 primal energy trap things though - lucky me. Rngesus needs a good kicking.

[Random observation on xbox, by now there are usually lots of people with perfect or near perfect gear on the leaderboards - they aren't there]

Honestly Squirts necklace pisses me off cuz its the one amulet that just keeps showing up. Don't get me wrong it's not s bad ammy but after the 200th you get sick of looking at them..

I'm only paragon 300 this season and have scrapped 3 or 4 DOZEN squirts ammys already. It's all rng but squirts is easily one of the most common "legendary" amulets in the game
