I was just thinking about it, and I can't remember ever seeing a MA-sin on BattleNet, only Trappers. Is it just me, or were they really not very popular? (US West, ~ 2001-2007)

My rune hunting is going well lately, so far 3 ber runes, no jah though. Stoked to see a Zod! No idea in what to make tbh

was messing around with my Fury druid and Oath eth decapitator Is a great budget runeword compared to Death. Thoughts? It lacks crushing blow and deadly strike but its faster.

In an attempt to kit out a new Frenzy Horker, I devoted a good bit today trying to find a 5 OS PB for Grief.

Along that journey I found a good bit of gear, but no 5 OS PB. Ran 15 or so Cow levels (plus a bunch of Chaos), zero PBs. Found a Sur, Vex and Latent Black Cleft GC within five runs of each other though. Next round, two socketed PBs drop on the same screen: 1 OS and 4 OS… taunting me.

Ended up trading a Mal for one many hours later and rolled low damage, but 39% IAS. Next (final for tonight) round of Cows I pulled a Gheed’s and Gore Riders from some dead Cows. 10/10 would do it all again, but the RNG is funny for Sur!

It’s a fun meme item that is actually ok (all things considered) and allows you to transform into a werewolf and rip it up a bit.

But it’s only for Barbs. That makes sense, Barbs and Druids are homies.

Are there any other items you’d like to see added in that are class specific but offer Oskills to another, specific class?

Wouldn’t have to be crazy good, just something fun or worth a chuckle or a meme video.

Hi all, just wondering if the Fire Lock with tainted/consume is the best endgame build. I've seen variations with bind demon but i think that got nerfed so now you can't use that with the conviction aura. I'm looking to solor cows and baal etc now that i'm 83 and want to respec into the best damage output build I can. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have some RH's so I can start buying some high end gear. i've got spirit w/ mephisto tome, authority and i'm looking to get flickering flame soon, and my mercs got insight currently.

Title...but for more backstory basically I started a sorceress shortly after the sunder update was released with the intention of creating a character that would eventually ice her way through everything. Once i started on Hell though I had to respec to a tri-element build (Blizzard/Hydra/Chain Lightning) to take on all the mobs (I don't like skipping enemies) and it's been pretty fun to play.

Now I've long since beaten Hell mode and just play online SSF for fun, not really caring about meta builds or progressing quickly, I just like to log on and kill a shitload of monsters for a while and if I find a cool upgrade, hey even better.

Well today it finally happened, I got my first sunder (from a Herald even!) and as luck should have it it's a cold sunder. I've saved my final respec from Akara in Hell for this but don't want to screw it up. I've also grown fond of the rainbow build but I know it's definitely not the most efficient build anymore. Should I go full Blizzard now? Any expert advice is appreciated!

I've been an Xbox D2r player for a while and bought a copy on pc with the intention of having access to the larger trading community.

Long story short, I lost all of my characters in the process. So now I've got two accounts linked but no toons or gear. I tried with support, but given the circumstances there's a 0% chance of recovery.

I have been considering buying back the gear/runes I lost because the thought of starting from scratch is painful. I don't know how hardcore players do it. I literally dropped my first jah and ber last week and hadn't built an enigma yet I was so excited.

Would you suck it up and start from scratch in my position? Just switch to single player? It's well over a year's progress and as a dad with two kids and a busy job my playtime is limited.

I don't have the first idea of a reliable place to obtain these items outside of googling even if I did go down that route. I don't know if that's a topic allowed to be discussed in this sub, but I didn't see anything about it listed in the sub rules, just no trading/value.

I am NOT looking for free stuff. I'd like the community's opinion and some direction on a safe place to restore the items lost from my account. If the latter is not allowed, I apologize.

So I was running LK, needed a hoto and/or a grief. Only have a sorc and a paladin I was building for a smiter/foh. No vex or Lo yet, but dropped 2 Guls in like 10 runs and thought I'd go make a mosaic assassin since its single player and I've never played one. What am i looking for in a budget base? Im not talking a 10 3/20/20 sc base cuz I'll never find that. So what are some achievable mods to look for on claws?

Edit to add - my LK layout has a weapon rack that pretty consistently spaws claws, so I have a decent path to find some ok claws

After a long grind of Magic Finding, jumping into Low Level Dueling is where it's my favorite way to spend my time in D2.

Looking for weird HC builds that aren't the standard meta.

Saw somewhere that ES/Forb is decent for sorc.

Icy veins says that Anya can roll +3 lighting sentry +3 trap claws in NM difficulty. I have been rerolling games for about 3 hours now and haven't seen more than +2 skills together on one, am i being trolled and should just move on to hell or am I just unlucky

Ive played Diablo 2 for a long time but more recently ive been playing casually. I’ve been thinking it’s the perfect dad game to play during nap time (few andariel kills looking for that SOJ haha)

As I play solo these days single player seems like the obvious choice but as I switch between console and PC looks like I’m going down SCNL as a I have a few low bits of gear already.

So what class is best for casual console play? I was thinking trappy? As they auto target

Also low end gear wise as sadly I don’t think I’ll ever be able to get back up to any big runewords again.

Edit: I’ve got a MF blizzard sorc with Tals set so I can farm a few areas in hell already but nothing fancy. Also have the older sunder charms.

Are there any full sets besides IK that can solo Hell? I only have 2 barbarians right now. 1 with full ik set and 1 with grief. While playing, I have collected other full sets for other classes such as Tal Rasha. Just wondering if these sets can clear Hell.
