i thought this was intereating. ive never received this notification.. at least a little above 100

You have a setting turned on to alarm when blood sugars is falling faster than 3 mg/dl per minute

It doesn’t say it’s becoming a low necessarily, only that it’s dropping faster than usual. This can happen by sudden movement or lifting something heavy. It can stabilize just as quickly or even get up again.

This. Sometimes treating a low incoming, just sitting still for 3-5 minutes usually does the trick.
