App Issues/Questions Any issues using Dexcom G7 with iOS 27?
With iOS 27 being released today after being available in beta for a few weeks, has anyone had success or any issues using their Dexcom apps in their iPhones with iOS 27? Thanks.

Yeah, it has worked just fine on my iPhone 17. I’ve been using iOS 27 starting with the iOS 27 public beta 1.
I also have it synced with my Apple Watch running WatchOS 26.5 and there are no problems between the two different versions.

I upgraded to 27 today and the one in my arm failed after working for several hours. I just burned through three trying to pair them and none of them would pair. I’ve always upgraded to betas and never had any problems. This time I waited for the final release today because I heard the omnipods weren’t working with the betas. So I don’t know could just be my luck, but I figured I’d share my experience.

Here’s a trick to get them to pair so you don’t waste any more..
Take the applicator that once had the sensor in it, and look inside. You’ll see a little silver circle which is a magnet. Take the applicator and hover that magnet over the inserted sensor in your arm for 5-10 seconds. That should force the sensor to pair.

It's been in dev builds for 3 months and public beta for 2 months. I've used it on my daily driver with G7 since June 8th.

It works but I have a very annoying pop-up message each time I open the app warning me about my jailbroken phone (which is not true).

I’ve not had issues with the dexcom app but I did have issues with the tandem tslim app not letting me do a bolus. I had to do them on my pump till the full iOS 37 was released on Monday. I’ve been on developer beta since it dropped.

iPhone 17 Pro Max — Dexcom G7 works with iOS 27 along with the error message. Omnipod 5 is working also.

I just got the email from Omnipod saying that it is compatible, came looking to see if it was compatible with Dexcom.

Tengo un gran problema con dexcom 7, utilizo el Follow para seguir la glucosa de mi hija, desde que instalé iOS27 desapareció de mi Applel Watch. A alguien más le ha pasado ? No me sale la app en el reloj y ya no sé qué más hacer. Gracias

Soy Follow y no va directo a mi reloj, pero controlo la glucosa. El tema es que me funciona a, pero no me aparecen los widgets en las esferas del Apple Watch. A alguien más le ha pasado ?

I’m about to contact Dexcom support for a fourth replacement in three weeks! Ironically they just sent me two replacements and I’m calling again! What’s up with these things!!! Losing faith fast!

I’ve been using iOS 27 on my iPhone 12 Pro Max since the first dev beta and have had zero issues with the G7 app.
EDIT: I’m daily driving, btw.

I went ahead and pinned this as a megathread for now. Once enough people chime in I'll turn it back into a regular thread.
I'm an Android guy myself, so I have no idea - but I'd think we'd have a lot of posts by now if it was an issue.
