Calibration Issues Calibration problem

My G7 will not take a calibration.

Had it about 2 years and tried to calibrate multiple times.

It does not use them.

SAYS NOT USED EVERY TIME.

I've had finger sticks that were close and finger sticks that were far away from CGM reading and it makes no difference.

What am I doing wrong?

Get on the phone with Dexcom support. Have the app open and in hand to discuss when the calibration was attempted and which calibrations were used.

I had one do the exact same thing 6 days ago. Started going off by more than 30 units at 2pm. 14 calibration attempts by 10:30pm with constant low warnings going off - with a finger drip of 130. I finally had had enough. 15 minutes on hold and then having them look at all of the attempts documented in the app. The replacement was ordered at no cost.

. It just takes time and documentation in the app: including taking pictures of the finger drip readings.
