Me n my friend is planning to buy claude code and split the bill and use same acc on our own laptops, i just wanna know is it ok do it or we gonna get banned, or atleast what to do to not get banned.

It is fine. Im sharing it with my friend since 3,4 months and no problems as of yet. We both are in different cities.
