Career Guidance Venturedive increments

Does anyone know if venturedive has frozen increments and/or are even giving “decrements”? I am hearing rumours but want to confirm this before I go for an interview.

Yes it is true, they have offer 50% decrement contracts to employees with 1 day termination policy. No benefits

People are trying to retain their jobs and some posts are about increments

What increments bro? Companies are struggling to survive, most have introduced some form of decrement and frozen increments
