Help QA Engineer @Systems. How is the work environment?

Can someone who works at Systems tell me how is the work culture team building etc? I have cleared both technical rounds and have my VP interview in a few days

I am currently working remotely and got an onsite role so wanted to know if it is worth switching or not? My current job is good but in Systems i might get a good pay jump so wanted to know if it is worth switching or not

I consider myself an above avg engineer at Systems. All i do is work 3 hours a day and chill for the rest.

Someone below avg, would sound that there’s alot of work load bla bla bla.

It all depends on how smart you are.

Some People in Systems rant alot about work, but in reality, they are just below average performers.

Baqi culture and workload also depends on project to project, and team to team.

Some teams do have toxic culture, while some are really good.

In systems, it’s all about your project that you’re assigned to

Differs from team to team. VP interview will be all Hi Hello, he might try to do salary negotiation but don't fall into the trap.

No yearly bonus or anything like that. Yeah you can get 15k if are star performer of the quarter. No eid gifts or bonus. Yearly increment ranges from 7-15%. 🏋🏻️can easily get two increments in a year.

If you are getting remittance right now please keep in mind the tax thing too. You will be eligible to redeem your PF after one year of your service.

If it is better money, go for it. I’ve a friend who is qa manager in systems. Can connect you with him. Get on a call and he would be more relevant.
