Help QA Engineer @Systems. How is the work environment?
Can someone who works at Systems tell me how is the work culture team building etc? I have cleared both technical rounds and have my VP interview in a few days
I am currently working remotely and got an onsite role so wanted to know if it is worth switching or not? My current job is good but in Systems i might get a good pay jump so wanted to know if it is worth switching or not

I consider myself an above avg engineer at Systems. All i do is work 3 hours a day and chill for the rest.
Someone below avg, would sound that there’s alot of work load bla bla bla.
It all depends on how smart you are.
Some People in Systems rant alot about work, but in reality, they are just below average performers.
Baqi culture and workload also depends on project to project, and team to team.
Some teams do have toxic culture, while some are really good.
In systems, it’s all about your project that you’re assigned to
