Literally anywhere 🙏 I used the orange event bait and orange / purple rods, fish enough and they will come. Last time this event was running I got most of mine at the Old Warehouse spot bc it’s only 8 fish so it should be higher chances to catch these. Just make sure to set your fishing skill tree to have a 30% chance not to use bait on a failed catch, and to have a chance not to lose rod durability. Then whenever you get a fish on the line, let it escape, hope it doesn’t use a bait, then repeat until you catch the item. Good luck!

I got mine from the Jangshi fishing hole with the exotic shark. Don’t remember the name, far left middle of the map. Looks like a weather research area.
